How does the billing system work?
Each subscription plan includes a specific number of image optimizations. One credit is consumed for each image optimization. You can track your usage in real-time and upgrade your plan anytime to get more credits.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can change your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll immediately receive the benefits of your new plan. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle to ensure you get the full value of your current plan.
Is there a limit to how many products I can optimize?
Each plan has different product limits. Small Shops allows up to 200 products, Medium Shops up to 400 products, and Large Shops up to 1000 products. Contact us for custom enterprise solutions if you need higher limits.
Can I upload custom fonts for watermarks?
Yes! You can upload your own TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 font files to create unique watermarks that match your brand. The system supports custom fonts up to 10MB in size, and you can manage multiple fonts, set default fonts, and choose from system fonts as fallbacks.
